Lovely day out, spent the whole day there ensuring we saw everything possible. Animals always looked very settled and clean. Lots for children to do with grassy parts and play parks and random quizzes. Well worth the entrance fee in my opinion. I recommend trying...More

After watching the TV programme about the Zoo we just had to visit and we had a marvellous 5 hours walking around admiring the different animals that live there, it is certainly a must do visit if you are in the area.

We've been quite a few times and it never fails. Staff are extremely helpful and it's amazing seeing the kids faces light up. Kids found the bat cave terrifying.

Helpful friendly staff, beautiful gardens, lovely enclosures, sometimes too nice for the animals to come out 😁. Signage was a bit confusing and we got lost several times but plenty of staff around to help. Would certainly recommend this place !!
