We love this beach. The rock formations are amazing. It's great for swimming but watch the currents! We put the youngest in a buoyancy aid, just in case. When the tide is out, the kids love rock pooling. The facilities, as in the rest of...More

Beautiful scenery. Very peaceful now, but, it was the site of a French invasion during the war with Napoleon!

There is lots of parking at La Rocque and easy access to the small beach and harbour. It’s a nice walk on the sea wall.

Stopped off during a cycle round the South East coast. Tide was in so harbour full of water, not sure if it dries out at low tide. Worth walking to the end of the pier. There is a small kiosk which presumably opens in the...More

Great views from the moment you park the car. When the tide is out the walks on the sea bed are fascinating. There is a lot to see and discover- a peaceful way to spend half a day.

wonderful place, very quiet. Worth spending one hour relaxing. The sea can be impressive. Nice beach for the kids. It's the place where the French tried to invade the Island.

What a lovely wee harbour and beach. There is a lengthy harbour wall to walk along, public toilets and best of all - Timmy's Hard Rocque Café kiosk! Very picturesque wee place, and worth stopping off at.
