When we arrived at this bay in mid September on a clear sunny day, I was blown away by its beauty. At this time of year (outside the school holidays ) it was virtually empty with vast areas of sand edged with rocky outcrops, ideal...More

Not too many parking places but the bus does go here. In the summer it will be popular but there are easier places to get to, so it won’t be too crowded. One of the best beaches/bays on the Island.

We found this place by accident on our recent trip to Jersey. It’s such a beautiful find! As you approach the bay from the steep, winding steps, the view over the edge is breathtaking. As we got closer we realised people were down on the...More

Stunning beach with lots of hidden corners to explore. Visit when the tide is out to see the caves. There’s a little bit of parking next to the cafe or just on the road leading up to it.

Heard about this beach via an article in a magazine, and was so glad we decided to visit it. Must be one of the most beautiful beaches in the British Isles if not Europe. Make sure to visit when the tide is out, and you...More

What a beautiful beach! The steep walk from the car park may be a little challenging for those unsteady on their feet but if you can cope with the steep steps the reward is certainly worth it. The steep cliffs are interspersed with a few...More

Loved this place. Truly beautiful and scenic. The beach is perfect and the sea magnificent. The cafe sells lovely food, but watch out for the sneaky, well organised seagull sandwich thieves, who will steal your food from under your nose. They patrol the toilet roof...More

Discovered the answer to my own question last week. If it's helpful to anyone, the answer is about 3 1/2 hours after high tide.
