Burgers - Brews - Banter Thats what we do at The Alex, a backstreet boozer that does great beer, from local breweries. Great burgers, hand made on the premises every day and all we ask is that you bring the banter.

Came here for food, it was ok but I’m sure it says locally sourced food but to my surprise a pilgrim foods van delivered what I presume is food to stock. Pilgrim being based in Boston. I’m sure that’s not local .More

We were served by lizz who's beer knowledge was sensational. I felt at ease to try something new and tantalising. Would recommend to any pub goer. And yes it is with two z's.

Hats off to the knife monkeys, we cannot get enough of your burgers, the filling combinations create the best taste of any burger anywhere, always consistent and always great service. Helpful and friendly bar staff, wonderful selection of ale and gin (served in a goblet).

The Alexandra Arms provides, arguably, one of the better burgers you could have in Cambridge. A group of four of us sat down to have dinner here and experienced some deliciously handcrafted, succulent and juicy burgers which were accompanied by great skin-on fries and excellent...More
