I'm a little supervised there's a listing for a road. Indeed, this road has a lot of small size restaurants and markets. I probably will visit them one by one over time.

We decided to have our lunch from the market as there was such a fantastic array of good food smells. We tried the Dim Sums which were delicious.

Got drawn into coming here by the numerous excellent reviews and the "eclectic" feel. I can only imagine these reviewers are not from the UK, trust me this is just a run of the mill (pun intended) grotty street. If you're from Swindon it's basically...More

I lived on Mill Road for twenty years and I go back regularly. I like the eclectic mix of shops and restaurants - most of which are local independent rather than soulless chains. The Amnesty bookshop and Relevant Record café are particular favourites.

Mill Road is the most underrated road in Cambridge. Often not thought of in the best of lights, the road is home to a variety of cafés, off the beaten track pubs and antique shops. A pub crawl can consist of eleven or twelve classic...More

As a long-term townie, I can tell you that if you're a tourist, want pretty historic buildings and tourist restaurant prices, and aren't really interested in discovering what the real parts of a university city are like, stay in the centre and stick with gown....More
