First thing I'll say is that compared to many animal attraction venues in the home counties, this place is considerably less expensive. Seeing the relatively low cost, I thought it would involve 3 pens of greedy goats and a couple of rabbits... with a cafe....More

The Café was not very clean and the staff were rushed, which resulted in rude mannered staff. The goats were friendly though, which compensated for the rudeness. Could improve with the children's play area/activities.More

Thank you for your review. Sorry to hear your experience in the café was not to their normal standard. The Farm Yard Café does have its own Trip Advisor page which you can put your review on, both businesses are separate. Glad our goats were...More

While our grandson really enjoyed his day out here. We felt it was a bit of a rip off, expensive to enter, and lots of pens empty, inside and outside., the wash hands area very pitiful and dirty. Afterwards the café (Bistro) was well overpriced,...More

I've been here twice now as part of an all adult group. It's a great place if you're an animal lover, with an abundance of goats, sheep, pigs, alpaca and more! You can stroke the animals and feed them, after that you can have a...More

not bad for young children the goats are friendly and the other animals are acceptable for petting. Tea shop and cakes nice for adults but sadly not a lot more to see.

What a shame . The whole place is run in an amateur manner Starting in the cafe, chaos reigned and the staff were really pushed to cope with a lunchtime rush. Tables left dirty, orders taking ages, just not good enough. Food ok but not...More

We have pass this several times on our way to the nearby preservation railway and today we decided to stop in, primarily to eat in the cafe but also see the goats. Yes some areas could do with a bit of attention but the animals...More

Yes, it is all easily accessible however there is no disabled toilet. My brother is in a wheelchair so I understand how annoying this can be! It is best on a sunny day as it can get muddy in poor weather and in the winter :)
