Decided to book Airhop for my son’s 5th birthday party and can honestly not find anything to be negative about. The party room was clean and well presented, the safety briefing was on time and at no point were any of the party treated rudely....More

I'd heard the staff were strict and wasn't sure what to expect. It was really fun and safe, unless you injure yourself. There's lots of choice what to do. The safety briefing could do with info on bouncing to avoid injury (mostly for adults) as...More

May as well pay to go to boarding school for an hour. Ridiculous rules, ridiculous staff who are so rude. Never again will we return.

Love this place however to busy, big enough everyone and staff are friendly and helpful. Great for birthday parties or just fun days, give you free socks for first times.

Unbelievable how many times whistles are blown; staff who are kids themselves order people around rudely dictating. Very rude receptionist called Emma Barrow. This girl needs a lesson in customer service. When faulty lockers prevent customers from obtaining their belongings don’t roll your eyes and...More

Good activity to do for fun. Even for adults/ teenagers it's a good option when you want to do something different. Would say it is slightly overpriced but not awful. 1 hour is a good time to spend here.
