We live locally and love shopping here rather than having to go to bigger and busier shopping centres. It has everything you need and lovely to stop somewhere for lunch or coffee. Also a sandpit for kids and lots of little shops. Great

Yate has grown over the 15 years I have lived here and what was once thought of as a overflow from Bristol has grown into a reasonable size town with a varied selection of the larger retailers now present.
