Ruth hosted a wonderful wine tasting event at No. 12 cafe, Easton. I learned so much I never knew about wine before! We found out that yeast is sometimes left inside sparkling wines, sometimes not, what a dosage is. Best of all, I feel much...More

We did the 2 hour cheese and wine taster with Ruth. Excellent wines and cheeses and pitched at just the right level by Ruth - the proper mix of fun and informative. Will no doubt be back!

Fantastic day of wine tasting with Ruth. Great range of wines to sample, and the course was really interesting and informative, with lots of practical tips that we can put into use when wine shopping, and some great wine discoveries! Highly recommended.

Thank you to Ruth for such a lovely day at a Bristol wine tasting. The class was very relaxed yet incredibly informative and we learnt so much. Now enjoying putting our new knowledge to good use. Thoroughly recommended!!

I passed Wset Level 2 with Ruth in Bath and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. There was so much of information to learn but it was greatly balanced with the time spent tasting and discussing wines each day. I work in retail where I recently...More

Hi Abbie, I'm so sorry that this was your experience. I really don't like it when we have to cancel. Unfortunately due to the snow we had to cancel 2 tastings in March. One was in Bath and the other in Bristol and I mistakenly...More

It was an absolute pleasure and a wonderful learning experience attending a wine tasting evening with Ruth. Not quite knowing what to expect I'd only originally booked for one session but I'll be returning again for more very soon.
