Attended with family for the Nexus schools concert. Well organised and thoroughly entertaining. Seats not that comfortable, but acoustics very good. Access via a lot of steps.

Recently attended this great little venue for Sing out Bristol. Its been lovingly restored, seating is comfortable although i found the safety rail on upstairs seats a little high. Even has a bar. Well worth a visit

I love the intimacy of this venue. It enables you to feel almost as though you’re involved in the performance rather than merely watching and listening to it. Sadly the visit was slightly marred by someone behind me and his behaviour

Ok so maybe it’s because we saw my all time hero David Attenborough here, rather than the venue itself but still! Great ale in the bar at a pretty reasonable price and the acoustics made his majestic voice even more....majestic. Thanks St George’s!

We had the pleasure of attending a school concert in this delightful venue. The acoustics are absolutely wonderful and the interior is beautifully lit too. Despite the building works going on the venue continues to offer a first class musical experience in the heart of...More

It was our first visit here and we were very impressed. The venue is lovely and the sound from the band was fantastic. We would love to see other bands here.

We visited here to see prelude showing of Phycho Vertical by Andy Kirkpatrick with him taking audience questions etc. Before the film we had a couple of drinks in the downstairs bar, this is small and does a good range of local bottled beers and...More

Our second trip to St. George's , this time to see Cardboard Fox. It's a unique venue with well thought out bar, seating, and other areas. Mush work still to be done but worth a visit to hear great music sympathetically staged.
