The park is relatively small but nicely landscaped, and the tower is unusual from the outside and from the top provides a 360-degree panorama over Bristol. Be warned that the staircase is narrow, the steps are fairly steep and there are no passing places, so...More

The sight from above is astounding, thanks also to the magnificent weather we had. The staircase is quite narrow so you have to be aware of other people coming in the opposite direction. The price (free!) makes for a mandatory visit if you are in...More

Well worth the walk up to see the views of the city, never knew it was so hilly in Bristol! Very close to the city centre so an easy walk to get to, just up from the university.

Came here with my boyfriend and spent ages in the tower just looking over the city. There's a little garden area around it and a hill side that you can sit along to look over Hotwells area. Cute little date idea

Cabot Tower was another lovely surprise as we were wandering around Bristol. Perched at the top of a hill and free to enter, you're rewarded after the climb with panoramic views of the city. It's in a lovely location in a park close to Harbourside...More

Great views of Bristol and good exercise at the same time, what's not to love? The park (Brandon Hill) is also a great place for a picnic and walk.

This place could do with a little more information provided regarding its history but it's well worth a visit. The views are great and there is a landmark indicator to give you reference points around the city.

Cabot Tower has amazing views from the top even if the walk up the hill & the stairs being quite narrow. Don't recommend going up the tower if you're really afraid of Heights.

We walked to it from the centre of Bristol. It’s free to get in. Lots of fairly steep steps to the top of the tower but so worth it for the amazing views. Enjoy.

It depends on how fast and fit you are. Probably on average 10 to 15 minutes would be about right but if I was you I wouldn't rush. It's an old building and the steps are not as even as they are in a modern building. It's... More
