This is my 5 year old grandson’s favourite place to visit. If he’s asked where he wants to go, this is where he always picks, even though it’s a 45 minute car ride away. We went with him for the first time recently and I...More

I am shocked to read some of the negative and unfair reviews of Avon Valley. I bought annual memberships at the beginning of the season and have thoroughly enjoyed every visit. I have a 10yr old and a 6yr old who love visiting the park,...More

I hate to write critical reviews, first I should mention that all the animals here looked well, happy and cared for. The best bit by far. We took a train ride, begrudgingly provided on account of the rain - it was like a trip round...More

Our experience was the polar opposite of the one star reviews I’d read (affer buying our tickets online!). There’s so much to keep the kids occupied. We spent 6 hours there and still felt like we hadn’t done it all (even without the optional extras...More

Hi DonFB, thank you for leaving us such a fab review! We often hear that visitors can't fit everything in to one day! That's great feedback about our staff, I will be sure to pass that on. Your 6 year old has impeccable taste so...More

We love Avon Valley and try to come a few times a year. Yesterday the kids even had a dip in the pool despite the grey skies and loved the air pillows. The maze was a good way to round of the day and the...More

Hello, thank you for leaving us such a brilliant review! It's great to hear we are attracting visitors from over the bridge. The ducklings are one of my favourites too. I hope we see you again soon. Best Wishes, Lizzie.
