Was a nice! But only nice visit, would like to have had more interaction with the staff, other than “can I help “ as we walked in, after this nothing! But at the same time didn’t see any staff apart from in the entrance, lots...More

Not a bad aquarium, but very hot, doesn’t feel looked after and unfortunately massively over priced. A shame as it could be a really lovely day out with the family. Needs a good clean and some more varieties of more ‘exciting’ fish too.

It cost us £38 for 2 adults and 1 child. It was a lot of money for what it was. There weren’t many exotic fish, mostly gray fish! The experience didn’t last very long either, we travelled there and was only there for 90 minutes,...More

Great place to take my 2 small children to educate about species they wouldn’t normally see 👍 maybe make notes about some exhibits more prominent, as I see lots of people have mentioned Bolt & his tank size. It does state on your website about...More

Not sure on the wheelchairs, why not call them and ask what they can do for you. Some places provide carer tickets free of charge.
