I love this place, the houses are absolutely adorable and a great photo oportunity especially in sunny weather and I recommend it to anyone who visits Blaise Estate. However, visitors are asked to remember that people still live in these homes and should not violate their privacy.

This hamlet is like travelling back in time. I imagine film companies are aware of this place because there is little modern influence to see. 9 individual cottages which would be hard to chose a favourite from. With wooden seating around the outside of the houses and a simple green in the middle of the hamlet, it must be a... More

Visited winter time this is a collection of nine cottages all different arranged around a small village green with a path way to walk around. These cottages are all occupied none are open to the public but the general public are free to walk around. A sign outside states no picnics. Take your camera you will not be disappointed. While... Its just a magical secret that should be visited. If you don't know it do pay it a visit, its looked after by the national trust and costs nothing

We arrived late morning on a freezing day, this only added to the magical atmosphere of this little hamlet. It is almost like a quiet village within a town, however you do need to be aware that people still live in the pretty houses!

A little gem. A national trust collection of quaint thatched cottages. Lovely to look at. No entry to the homes as they are lived in.

Lovely place so quaint and pretty. I walked round here with my daughter who has just moved to the area.

You cannot go into the houses but walking around the hamlet is like being in Hobbit land! Quaintest homes ever and check out the lovely chimneys!

A small collection of cottages managed by the National Trust but free. A small gate on Hallen Road lets you in to the enclosure. A tranquil Eden.

This little gem has a uneque collection of cottages all in different styles in a walled community, the cottages are lived in but it's a lovely little place to visit
