The title says it all "Awesome Park, well run, but not for everyone". Really friendly bunch, they've got a system going and clearly a lot of thought gone in to the tracks to make them as challenging as possible and they've succeeded!
Make no mistake, you need to be well seasoned on 2 wheels off road to take on even the easiest trails.
If I was to offer one piece of constructive criticism, put some easier and faster runs in.
I think by focusing too much on the "hard core" rider they've alienated families, newbies and those looking to be more adventurous but with little down hill experience. I think it's a shame as realistically you'd end up at another bike park first getting your teeth sharp first before coming here.
All this said, really great day out, and clearly run bun a decent bunch of people that know what they're doing and charge a fair price for doing it.
Recommended, but take spare undies ;-)

We took our boys a few miles to Llangynog from Llanrhaedr where we'd rented a nice house and walked back over the hills with not much idea how to get there. My writing isn't good enough to do justice to the scenery, you'll have to see it for yourselves.
It was probably the best walk we've ever had which was made better by the boys not there to annoy us!

First time riding here. Trails are all grey fun. Some of them are pretty hard work in the wet but still funny. The farside trail is pretty technical but very rewarding. Some big jumps going up, plenty to keep you entertained. It's getting pretty rough in places from braking bumps, not Morzine bad but some tracks could do with a little sorting out.
The uplift was quick and efficient. The food on offer was nice and the bike shop is well stocked to keep you rolling down the hill. Staff were all friendly and helpful all day.

Went to revolution in May 2018 on a Saturday and was very impressed by the uplift service that they offer. Each time we completed a run there was always an uplift waiting at the bottom.
There is a food van that serves burgers / sausgaes and so on, and the shop is well stocked with any spares you may need.
I had a pretty bad come off and the guys gave me a good checking over before i went riding off again.
This place is not for a novice rider, so if you have only just started riding DH MTB, or you have had a significant break from riding i would recommend getting some practice in here first as even the red (Called Reddy Mc Red Face) is a challanging run whcih i think would be black else where!

Love this place. Don't get enough time to visit as often as I'd like.
Great variety of trials, good food and selection of bike spares. Could do with some better toilet facilities (hopefully it's on the to do list)

It wouldn't be revo if you don't end up covered in mud at the end of the day, hurting. Been twice now and pushed myself to the limit, fell off both times I visited, lots. Uplifts are quick and effective, pulled up my landies. Some of the runs are a bit rutted but that's to be expected. They put a lot of effort into building new lines each season and they are designed by some of the best in the business. A credit to DH mtb for Wales.
