This thing is so cool that it is worth your 5 minutes to stare at it. If you are staying at the Galiano Inn then definitely check it out while you are at the front desk checking in or out.

This mural is really impressive with a larger picture made up of smaller works of art. The diversity of the imagery is amazing. It is unfortunate that it is in a small lobby area so you cannot get back and really take it in. Definitely worth seeing but I wouldn't go out of my way to do so.

This mural is so easy to visit there is no reason not to, even if you just have a few minutes before catching the ferry. You could spend 5 minutes or half an hour here looking at how each artist has painted their own tile, and how it fits into the larger collage of orcas swimming underwater. None of us... More

Do not miss gazing at this extraordinary colourful work of art that symbolizes this beautiful province. You can stop in at the lobby of the Galiano Inn and enjoy it, free of charge. You will need to sit down for awhile to really appreciate it fully so plan to take your time to take it all in.

While there is a lot of amazing art on Galiano Island, this mural is probably the most unique and most breathtaking piece. Situated in the Galiano Inn, this mural is composed by over 100 artists, each creating their own separate square. Each square is so unique, it's easy to spend an hour looking at all the individual paintings.

We first set eyes on this mural in the reception of the Galiano Inn, where we stayed in February 2015. We adore Orcas so it was an instant hit with us but were amazed after hearing how the mural came to be put together by so many 'unsuspecting' artists! What an amazing idea that they had no clue what the... More

Not to be missed...absolutely gorgeous- it is fascinating to examine each lovely tile that comprises the breathtaking whole! (...to combine art with good food, go through the doors to the oven fired pizza patio for a fine lunch!)

This is an amazing piece of artwork (or rather several pieces of artwork) to see up close! Found at the Galiano Inn where we stayed for a stone oven pizza lunch. Yum.
