The Wild Pacific Trail is located in Ucluelet and is a seven phase trail system skirting the rugged cliffs and shoreline of the west coast of Vancouver Island. Beautiful, well-marked and well-maintained trail

We walked this trail on a sunny spring day and were very impressed by the state of the trail, the signage and the spectacular views.

We live in Ucluelet and we know the Wild Pacific Trail and the surrounding area well. Put on walking shoes suitable for rough gravel. This trail along the coast of Ucluelet, and a bit through the woods is nice, but not spectacular or wild. It will take less then an hour to complete the whole pathway that looks more like... More

We had a lovely evening stroll on the pacific trail. The trail is well put together and easy to walk. Must do while in Ukee.

Perfect trail to go explore the coast while staying in Ucluelet. Be careful of the high tides! Quiet trail with not too many hikers, and easy to hike too :)

We walked the 2.6 km loop of this trail by the lighthouse it was absolutely stunning. The path was well marked and maintained, and there were a ton of benches and viewing spots. We liked it so much we went back to walk it the next morning :)

Our hike to the lighthouse really validated our decision to stay in Ucluelet rather than Tofino. This is the place!

Even for those who are not avid hikers, this is a must see experience. The trail is very well maintained and the grade is relatively modest for most of the trail. There are many beautiful viewpoints. The ocean, the coastal rocks, the ever changing light and the lush vegetation provide many scenic photo opportunities.

This 2.6km hike is a must!! Absolutely stunning scenery, it is an easy hike, about an hour plus the time you spend at the many look-outs. The weather was a mix of sun, dramatic clouds, rain, hail (briefly) and thunder but quickly changing. Gorgeous!,

Wow, it sounds like you had a mixture of weather that must have bought a different feel and look to the scenery. Wonderful to hear that you spent some time enjoying the views from the look-outs. More

Was easy to walk without being physical fit . Views are breath taking . Of course bring binoculars so see the whales that do come close enough to shore to see. Loved all the vistas that have a bench to sit and enough . Trails clearly marked . Tons of parking .

Thanks for the tip about bringing your binoculars, you never know what wildlife you may see from the Trail from whales, eagles to sea lions. Connecting with nature is wonderful! More

This is a simple trail which leads to the lighthouse. It has a magnificent view with informative signboards along the way. Definitely do drop by this trail if you are visiting ukee!
