The touch tanks were fun and interesting. The kids learned alot but the price could be better, was expensive for a family of four to go and the overall center was small.

Went to the aquarium again this year, great new building! Lots of touch tanks, loads of eager helpful staff. And: a Great Pacific octopus! Made for happy, educated visitors.

This is a hands on attraction. Young kids love it, they can pick up starfish, touch all sorts of 'sea things' and the young people who work there are really very knowledgeable and kid friendly.

It's a touch and feel sort of place so if you have little kids they will love it! My 4 year old girl loved it. It's a great place to learn without feeling guilty since it's a catch and release place.

Do touch the sea creatures. It will freak you out at first but it's worth it. A sea cucumber feels like a stuffed toy version of itself. The star fish look like they've been crocheted. This aquarium was one of the highlights of our visit....More

No pets allowed inside, unfortunately. Too easy for them to snag some fresh seafood from the open, low level aquariums.
