Enjoyed their free tidal pool guided tour. Made us want to visit the aquarium. Staff friendly and informative. Liked the idea that all the creatures are catch and release in this aquarium.

Go place to go even you are adults! Learnt a lot , saw a lot of sea creatures I have never seen before. Their catch and release policy is admirable.

Local area sea life caught here, displayed for viewing and in touch tanks for the season, then released back into the wild. Fantastic staff. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit here.

Really nice catch and release aquarium with loads of touch pools. Absolutely great for younger kids. Made a nice difference from the modern 'shiw' aquariums.

Worth a visit to learn more about the Pacific Ocean and the West Coast ecosystems. Some hands on displays are great for little ones.

We decided to visit the aquarium on a rainy day. The animals are caught locally and are released again before winter. There are some 'touch' tanks as well should you wonder how a sea cucumber feels like. Definitely worth a visit.

We’ve been to this aquarium 3 times with our kids. It’s full of ocean wonders for everyone, with great information and lots of little touch tanks. They have a release party in November that we would love to return for. The decorative crab tank was...More

No pets allowed inside, unfortunately. Too easy for them to snag some fresh seafood from the open, low level aquariums.
