The hike took around 4 hours for the round trip. There are 3 lakes, the lower lake is the nearest one to the entrance. Easy walking. The most difficult part is waking up to the second lake, took around 1.5 hours to walk up. The...More

Great intermediate hike! Updated trails from the parking lot onward. Approximately the last 1 km at the top is rocky. Took about 2 1/2 hours bottom to top round trip. I would highly recommend this hike.

My wife and I hiked this from the parking lot to the 3rd lake. Beautiful glacier at the end. Not too strenuous but some elevation gain on the way. Very busy but the crowds thinned out a bit near the end. The lakes are pristine...More

We drove up from whistler, it took roughly an hour to drive. The parking lot was right off the highway and easily to locate. The hike took us 2.5 hours, at a fast pace. It takes less than 5 min to get to the first...More

We visited this lake on our way to whistler from Jasper and wow was it worth a trip. It was so beautiful and quite and the colour of the lake was stunning! I wish we could have stayed here longer and completed the full hike.

Really a wonderful hike, rewards are three turquoise-colored lakes, first only a few hundred feet from the parking lot. Second lake was the most spectacular (color, especially) when I visited in mid-September, it's possible the third lake at the end of the hike and foot...More

This hike was one of my favorites of all time. Get there early and be sure to go to the campground if you venture to the 3rd lake for some privacy from the crowds. We loved our time here- it was truly magical!

This is a not to be missed experience when visiting Vancouver. The drive followed by the hike up to the lakes was well worth the effort. Be sure to wear good footwear take a drink and most of all take your camera!

Hi. Well... these Lakes are not really all that large. I live on a lake in Nova Scotia and have canoes. There is no way I would carry a canoe up that mountain just so I could paddle across something that small. If you took... More

Hi We did not see any signs of Bears the day we were there. There are also a number of people hiking the trails so I would expect any bears are no where near there. Take lots of water and some food. It's a long day. Have... More
