Nice park

Nice park to walk around in the morning. Good playgrounds and a pretty large off leash dog area as well.

Nice peaceful walk paved walkway by the water. Many many people walk their dogs along here. Enjoyable walk but it is crowded. Flat trail right along the water and well maintained

We did a nice bike ride along the park but discovered that we took a wrong path and were in the off leash area where bikes are not allowed. The signs were confusing if you do not know the area and the icons painted on the paths need re-painting. So look carefully! But a nice park, views of the Lions... More

I've lived in Vancouver for over 30 years and this is my favourite park. Calming view of the water, Stanley Park and Spanish Banks. You can walk from Park Royal to Dundarave. Beautiful.

We stumbled upon it by accident when we were too early for check-in at our hotel. As we drive past we were attracted to the artwork displayed on easels so we found a place to park. As we walked left towards the bridge we stopped to watch young people on skateboards and others play volley board or just resting on... More

Super nice for young family and teens alike. Nice shady picnic area near playground. Clean bathroom/changing rooms. Soft sandy beach with beautiful pebbles to collect from the ocean. We will return again and again. Close to nice restaurants and we have always found parking easy enough.

Pebble beach. Lifeguard on duty which was a plus. Kids did hurt their feet on shells & rocks (our fault, we forgot the Teva sandals). Lots of debris, good parking available. Great view on Lionsgate bridge. Overall, a nice quiet beach afternoon on a summer Friday.

We were in town over a weekend for soccer provincials. The two turf pitches on which our team played were very nice. The only drawback was the lack of shelter for spectators, a seemingly glaring oversight given the year-round monsoon conditions in the Vancouver area. Vehicle access to and from the pitches was fine. Parking was awful. The tournament organizers... More
