Learn what life was like back at the turn of the century. Tour through the house and learn about the family that once lived there. The kids loved trying their hand at the water pump outside! There are often special events, so check the schedule, since many of the special events are definitely worth attending.

We go to Stewart farm on a regular basis. It is a great place to have a picnic or just sit back and relax. The house is very interesting and quite worth the trip thru.

Located in a very scenic, beautiful area of Surrey. An old farm with an historic house and out buildings to visit. Various activities carried out through the year. Celebrates many special holidays.

The location is lovely, along a river and with open spaces for gatherings, surrounded by forested areas with hiking trails through the forest and along the river. This event was family oriented and was well attended by a diverse group of all ages. We enjoyed the music, the mini pumpkin muffins, the freshly made butter on crackers, the story that... More

I have brought my niece here many times for special events and just to visit. Great place for some affordable family fun - many events are simply by cash donation, and the registration fees for other programs are affordable and definitely great value!

I love taking my grandchildren there, especially when they have events depicting the era when it was a functioning farm. Often they are able to participate in long lost skills like churning butter or using a hand pump to get water. The house is well maintained, staffed by knowledgeable volunteers. The garden is beautifully kept and an added bonus is... More

The setting is beautiful alone & then to see inside this historic house is a definite thing to do with your grandkids as there are things there they have never seen in their lives. My daughter treated me to High Tea for Mothers Day & I was nervous about this, but it was fabulous because the food was excellent & our... More

The Stewart Farm is very easy to access, you can combine with the trip to Crescent beach. The Farm was beautiful on the water, there are something to learn about the farm and the fishing industry here. Very good for family with children, for those who like kayaking and boat, here is the place. We can also do hiking on... More

I went here with my granddaughter's kindergarten class and the children and adults alike had s great time. The tour guides are very well versed and are more then happy to answer your questions. It's like taking a trip back in time. If you're an antique lover or history buff this is a must see. Absolutely fascinating place to visit.
