After our guide queued to get us tickets, we hopped in a stuffy, packed jeep for a 45 min journey over very rocky terrain - not for the faint stomached. At the end it was a 5 min walk (casual trek) to the falls.
The ticket collection opens at 8am and it's well worth getting there for 7:30am to get near the front of the queue and in one of the first jeeps.

and l can say is .... consider the risk if health and safety.. there is no medical up there.. The Jeeps that you hire do supply life jackets.. (and there are life guards there.. only around the pool) The jeep ride is bumpy... More
and l can say is .... consider the risk if health and safety.. there is no medical up there.. The Jeeps that you hire do supply life jackets.. (and there are life guards there.. only around the pool) The jeep ride is bumpy (have a look on Utube).. and it is l hour drive to the falls... l am an adult..l l fall slipped and fall on the large rock at the base of the fall.. l receive no medical at all it was just terrible... l am not trying to put u off.. also they have large fish in the pool... so the will not be safe for a small child. for as it is.. l found it difficult to step inside the pool... and holding on to the large rock to get out.. l would personelly say no.... even if u are allowed.. l don't know. Incident do happen but think of my experience l had no medical as there was no medical there.. and you cannot sue anybody should anything happen there l like it did to me. Oh and the top of the fall via train ... no internet there... very risky.
