There are many excellent trails in Wells Gray and a number of stunning waterfalls but the Moul Fall Trail is one of the best. There is much to see by way of the flora and fauna - and if you're very lucky you might even see a black bear (we didn't but we did see evidence of one having climbed... More

A great experience! The trail to the falls is fairly easy. The last part of actual getting down to the falls is a bit steep and might be challenging for some since it's also quite slippery due to wetness coming from the falls. But it's definitely worth it. The power of the falls that you feel when you're that close... More

We stopped in Clearwater on the way to Jasper - we visited Wells Gray for the day. The very nice girls in the visitors centre suggested a couple of treks and waterfalls we should visit. Mount Falls was one and we are so glad that we went you can get behind the falls which was an amazing experience - we... More

Hike to the Moul falls was around 3-4km, but was worth the wait. Spectacular view and great place for pictures when standing right beside the falls. Enjoyable Hike!

We were staying at accommodation which has a trail that meets the moul falls trail, so we started the official moul falls tall about 1km in I guess. It was great!! Definitely worth the walk, getting to the bottom of the falls is fairly easy, be careful at the bottom, it gets slippery. If the conditions permit I would recommend... More

There was a rainbow in the spray when we were there adding to the beauty and magic of these falls. It is a bit of a steep walk, just right at the end, but there are some steps to help. The falls are not high, but very impressive as you stand at the bottom. There is a slippery track that... More

This hike was a pleasant surprise! You can hike down to the falls and then actually go behind them! We went on a Sunday so it was pretty busy, but we were expecting a crowd everywhere we went. I definitely recommend this hike. If you only have time for a couple waterfalls, check out Helmcken and Moul!

We chose to hike along this trail as it is mostly flat and when you get to the falls you can walk behind them and spend some time relaxing down by the river. The walk was straight forward and well sign posted, 2 black bears did appear on the path about 20 metres in front of us but this can... More
