I stopped in to check out the museum on a visit to Amherst and was and chanted by the garden and architecture of the building. Very nice little museum with good displays showing local history.

This museum has a charm all on its own that depicts life in the industrious days of Amherst. The exhibits are well kept and the staff very knowledgeable!

Super friendly volunteer staff - step back in time & learn about the early days of Amherst, and look up family history....this museum is a wealth of help.
