We visited this park in the summer for some exploring with the mountain bikes. The trails were challenging yet beautiful. We took the trails from the south up to Pink Lake. Mostly the trails are dirt and hard pack surfaces with the odd tree root...More

All 4 seasons this park offers the most beautiful moments one can experience. Jogging and hiking from Spring to Autumn. Cross-country and snowshoeing in Winter. Flora and fauna in its splendor to embellish our senses. My favorite park!

We went snowshoeing in the park on Sunday the 21 of January. The Ottawa area had experienced mild temperature during the previous days and some of the snow had melted, which made the trails hard packed and less favourable for snowshoeing. Nevertheless, we went on...More

What’s not to like the natural wonderland is minutes away from Ottawa, and has lakes for swimming, trails for biking and riding or skiing, fat biking and snowshoeing in the winter with open chalets well stocked with firewood where you will meet awesome strangers

The best cross country skiing ever. There are a vast number of trails to choose from and different levels of ability. The trails are well groomed and resting cottages well maintained. Overall an excellent experience!

There is also in Lac La Pêche for canoe-camping. Very nice as it is not as busy as Lac Philippe.

No rentals in the park. A few shops will rent bikes, paddle boards etc. in Gatineau, some in Chelsea.
