Set your GPS for Ave. William Tremblay in Lévis or stay at A La Villa Beau Séjour, which is right across the street, and you will have spectacular view of Quebec City. Bring a picnic meal, and try to get here for sunset, too.

When staying in Old Levis, grab a petie cone from Chocolat Favoris and stroll here, very beautiful view.

Sort of hard to find free vantage point overlooking the St Lawrence and Quebec City. There is a statue of Levis, a prominent part of the string of the area.
