Love the hikes in East Sooke, both the east side and west side. We visited Iron MineBay which is my favorite hike of all time. And then a short hike to Creek point. Beautiful!!! There are petroglyphs in the park too. A bit of a hike in the mud season but worth seeing.

If you're looking for an easy hike in the rainforest you can enjoy lovely scenery and nice wide, well maintained trails. If you bring a dog or two along beware that others with dogs may not have them on a leash and conflicts can occur between animals in some cases.

We went and did a day hike on the coast trail. Amazing views, and not too crowded. We had a nice private wonderful hike.

This is a very nice park and great for long walks in nature. It is well outside of Victoria and you will need a car to get there.

An easy and beautiful hike/walk through the mossy trails and tall trees is well worth the time spent here. Especially when at the end it opens up to Iron Mine Bay with a stunning, rugged shoreline and little islands you climb up for breath taking panoramic ocean views as far as the eye can see. A revitalizing experience for the... More

Many miles of trails, beautiful views, beaches. Super, natural East Sooke! And during the summer months, there is the Smokin' Tuna for lunch just next to the entrance.

From farm enterance, there are a couple of trails. Some easy, around the farm, some more diffficult, coast trail. Coast trail better suited to the more agile individual once you get past the Petroglyphs. Great coast trail views, saw an orca in the bay. Would be sublime in summer. Check it out!

One of the best places in Canada to hike. The scenery is amazing and you feel part of nature as you hike along. Take your camera as there are beautiful spots to take pictures. Give yourself lots of time and enjoy the moment. A memorable experience.
