This place specializes in local marine wildlife. There is lots of information about local species and the marine history of the area. They have a huge touch tank for kids filled with all kinds of sea life. There was also a fun seal show.

We visited here on our trip and really enjoyed it. Staff was really informed about fish and different things from the sea. They did a great job explaining things. Great place to visit if you are in Saint Andrews.

We were in St Andrews for only one night. We wanted something for our daughter to do after sitting in a car for nearly 13 hours. This was a great spot. The aquarium is small, but perfect for little kids. She had fun watching the seals, and playing with the various education activities they have set up. I wish there... More

It is a nice, clean modern aquarium and research facility. Experiences range from touch tanks where you can old sea cucumbers and touch skates, to watching seals and sea horses being fed. Make sure you plan ahead and check their schedules to catch these events. It is worth a visit as part of a day in Saint Andrews.

This is basically a research institute but they have a nice little collection and knowledgeable staff. Good for children also.

Isn't often you get to tickle the bellies of creatures who live in the sea or watch harbor seals being fed while you are treated to information about them or be informed of the scientific mission begun by Huntsman researching the Bay of Fundy. This museum has it all! Many reviewers comment on the attitudes of the staff. I want... More

The Huntsman Fundy Discovery Aquarium was delightful. We were able to watch the seahorses, the salmon and the harbor seals be fed. The women doing the feedings were so knowledgeable. Not only did they describe the feedings. They were great in answering all the questions. You knew that they were very knowledgeable and not just giving a spiel. It was... More

This is a very small aquarium. We spent about an hour there. My children toured the bottom in about 20 minutes and then spent about 40 playing in the tide pools where they could touch lobster, skate, sea cucumbers, starfish and more.

We enjoyed the Aquarium and we watched the feeding of the salmon, the sea horses and the seals. It was extra interesting because Loki the seal comes from storeybook gardens in London and I remember that when I was a child they had seals that did tricks in London and Loki did tricks just like I remember the ones back...
