They are fixing up the park they are cherished redoing the statue of Samuel de Champlain. They're redoing the park it should be wonderful by next summer it really is a beautiful place to visit and take pictures enjoy yourself and your family too

This park is great for all ages. A superb splash park for little ones 2-10 and a gentle sandy beach for swimming weed free plus picnic tables and a lovely walking trail on the far right.

I took my grandchildren there, the water was nice as you walk out with little ones and they also have an informative turtle place nearby, they really enjoyed that, there was also a place to buy ice cream, a good time was had by all

The statue is down by the point. If you follow the trail between the ball field you won't miss it.
