The power of nature is sometimes under appreciated, but a visit to this park helps you witness the wonder and awesome power of it.. Caves carved by water will leave you wondering how long did this really take and how lucky you are to be...More

My husband and I decided to visit the park on a rainy Thursday during a six day vacation. Upon arrival we realized we weren't the only ones who had this idea: we waited in a 30 minute line to purchase tickets (one ticket taker) and...More

Wow! These caves are truly amazing, so do go. But be prepared. The movie wasn't working, and they didn't really explain how the process worked. We waited quite a while to catch the tram down to the caves and then again to catch it to...More

Our family of four (boys ages 10 and 14) visited Cueva Clara and loved it...there is nothing that can compare to some of the scenery. It was a tad pricey however (about$70 for the 4 of us) and kind of long wait times on the...More

A good time! Upon entering they give you a number, then you buy your ticket and wait for the next tram down to the cave. Ita little wait but it good to spread the people out in the cave and if you want to buy...More

Didn't expect to find caves that huge and impressive. Just fascinating to see the size of the stalactites and stalagmites. The audio guide permits to hear information in many languages. Highly interesting and worth the entry fee even though the visit doesn't last more than...More

The caves themselves were interesting and worth the visit. Everything else minor annoyances. We arrived at the opening time, but still had to wait for the cashier to open and the first tour to start. It was rather unorganized, with ticket numbers given out, which...More

Many guidebooks declare you must arrive early to avoid waiting in line. we arrived when they opened and while there was no line we waited 90 minutes for the first tour to depart. They don't start a tour until enough people show up to run...More

First off, it is important to know that the Cavern Tours are weather driven. If it rains, they shut down the tours. My wife and I were staying on the Northeast coast of Puerto Rico, and to travel to The Camuy Caverns in Lares took...More

Arrived for a visit just before noon. Took about an hour and 15 minutes from the time we bought tickets until they called our numbers to get on the tram. The tram ride to the bottom was fun, and once we arrived at bottom we...More

Do you know about how many people they require before they send the first tour down? I have read that if you get there at open time you have to wait for enough people before they take you down. We will have about 12 people in our group. Was wondering if the tours are much larger than that that they take down at a time?

It is suggested that visitors arrive early because afternoon rains might close the attraction. However, with the early arrival, you might need to wait a while for enough people to get there before they start the tour. On the... More

Does the North Coast trip spend sufficient time in the caves? And can we be picked up at the San Juan Marriot Resort and casino for this excursion?

Hi, You will have to transport yourself to their location. Also, the guided tour took 2 hours or a little less.
