A fair amount of waiting but we arrived before 11 and by the time we left there was a huge line to buy tix. Glad to be over 65 and get in for $9 instead of regular adult rate of $18. Kids 4-12 cost $13. Not cheap, but a sight you'll see nowhere else. We got ticket numbers as we... More

The tour was about 8-9 hrs total so it is basically an all day event. The tour guys are nice and make sure you are safe at all times. If you're looking for some adventure, this is definitely something you should do in Puerto Rico.

Get there early as they only allow a set number of people per day. It's a pretty accessible cave system for most people. Toddlers might be a little freaked out by the dark and the bats. The bats aren't bothersome but they're there. It's a pretty easy walk - though slippery at times so wear good shoes. Spectacular cave formations... More

The tour doesn't cover a lot of distance in the cave but the parts you do see are pretty beautiful. The high ceiling and entry are very beautiful. Worthwhile to check out. Takes 2-3 hours depending on how long you have to wait for your number to come up for the trolley. They take 15 people at a time.

There are lots of stunning caves in PR but for many of them you need to be a fit adult with no mobility impairments. While a wheelchair would be difficult here crutches are ok and little kids or the elderly will be able to enjoy it.

We went to the caves on Jan. 12, 2017. It is well worth the 1 hour. 20 min. trip from Condado. We traveled on a beautiful sunny day. Tony, our tour guide, was very informative. We arrived at the caves around 10:00 am. There is an entrance fee for this tour (senior's rate for those over 65 is available;$9.00 at... More

We went on a private caving tour that was amazing and not for the faint of heart. This tour used trams to get you to the cave (cavern) entrance and had cement walkways with railings. There was an audio as well as a tour guide. Good for the whole family ! You get a number(s) when you get to the... More

Visited with family and it was awesome. If you are in PR must visit this place. We have been to other caves but this is by far best.

You should definitely visit if you are in PR. The caves are so interesting, and the guided tour is very nice with the audioset and the actual guide. You get to learn a lot of things, and the walk is not strenuous at all. Great for all ages. The only thing was the wait. We had to wait 90 mins... More
