Nice hiking trails and a beautiful lake. My favorite time up there is when it’s closed and my dogs can run wild!! It’s also a 10 minute walk from my house

I've walked around the lake several times and always find it enjoyable. This is an easy hike, but be careful of the exposed tree roots along the path. The scenery is breath taking. The paths are well maintained.

No playground was installed there since we were there. Few years ago . I am sure maybe now . No it is a provincial park so there is no off season camping permitted . Hope this helps .
