Little Qualicum Falls Provincial Park straddles the scenic Little Qualicum River, west of Parksville, where impressive waterfalls cascade and plummet down a rocky gorge in a beautiful forest setting. Perhaps the most magnificent park on Vancouver Island, Little Qualicum Falls incorporates the entire southern shore of Cameron Lake, adjacent to MacMillan Provincial Park and the awesome Cathedral Grove Rainforest. Cameron Lake is bordered by steep mountains: Mt. Wesley to the north and Mt. Arrowsmith to the south.

We think one of the nicer waterfalls on Vamcouver island that are easy to reach. Not as impressive as the falls in Wells Gray or the rockies, but when tou are in the area, it is nice to spend and hour or so there.

We were told by a local cave tour guide that we should not miss this hidden gem off the highway. He was 100% right. This place was GORGEOUS! The walk was an easy 1.5km around the wooded area that leads to the falls. The scenery...More

Very scenic and quiet trails with waterfalls and unique plant life. We meant to only go for a short walk as a rest stop but ended up getting very lost and spent hours finding our way out. And we weren't the only ones. Many others...More

We visited 2 water falls in the general area and really like them both. Ample parking and signage to tell which way to go.

This is a hike that is for everyone. The upper and lower falls are easy to get to and have beautiful aquamarine water. You can do it in 40 minutes or two hours depending on the hike you choose.

This is a beautiful park to walk in on the packed gravel pathways. Take your time to enjoy the sights from different angles and that special photo.

Such a beautiful scenery. Great hike/walk for those who are not avid hikers and elderly/children. You will not be disappointed.

Great day trip to see the waterfalls. Easy to access paths to get to both the upper and lower falls. A definite must see when visiting Parksville and area. The hike can be a bit steep in places so be prepared.

Is there a lost and found? Who would i contact? I have a chair that got packed with my camping stuff from my site but it does not belong to me and I would like it to be returned to the owner. I have no idea how to find them though. Have no Idea what camp site it came from. It is a very original chair and needs to be reunited with the owner.
