Great museum tucked off the main drag of Revelstoke. Many artifacts in the displays depicting the history of the CP Trains. There is a car to go through plus a large engine. Videos to explain details on how things worked. One thing I really enjoyed...More

The building itself is interesting with a vaulted wood and glass roof. The history of the Canadian Pacific Railway is shown in photographs, detailed models, descriptions and videos. You can walk through a carriage and marvel at the size of a steam engine. Upstairs there...More

The train museum is a really good place to visit in Revelstoke. Lots of history about the Canadian railways, with lots of pictures and models. The old trains that you can walk through are also a wonder to see. Well worth a visit.

A great display and history of the CPR and Revelstoke. Couldn’t ski, so was nice to be somewhere warm and interesting for a few hours. Videos were informative, the model railway man was very knowledgeable and happy to share his interest.

The perfect way to spend a rainy afternoon in Revelstoke. You don't have to be super into trains to appreciate the amazing history of the Canadian Pacific Railway and what it meant for the country. The museum is over two floors and took us about...More
