Gorgeous spot to spot eagles which are having a tough time due to reduced salmon numbers. Judith and Wolfgang lovely and knowledgeable. Spend an hour, spend a day….well worth the watch for these lovely creatures

If visiting Squamish in winter be sure to check out the bald eagles in Brackendale. The gathering of eagles is one of the largest in the world and will take your breath away. Such an awesome, spectacular sight!

Not sure they'll be needing any volunteers to count the Eagles this yr, save yourself a trip, as there's been lots of rain which has washed the salmon away=not many Eagles to see at all, only a handful. Can't see it getting any better this...More

Each year Bald Eagles descend on Squamish along the Squamish River. I love walking along the dyke and just admiring them. Truly majestic, especially if you catch one flying nearby. I always make sure to look up as they often roost in trees along the...More

What a great find! I was a little early for the mass eagle watching (November), but thoroughly enjoyed my experience of walking along the paths, and watching seals swimming up stream catching salmon! I also watched a couple of native Indians catching salmon. Walking, wildlife,...More

As I was watching a bald eagle tear apart a salmon carcass, I thought I saw a log emerge, disappear, re-emerge...and it turned out to be a harbor seal...catching fish up the Squamish River...it was cool to watch.

The place to be in the fall to see Bald eagles. Nice walking area and sitting places. The scenery is so nice.

This was awesome despite the rain. Didn't see any eagles though. Wrong seasonal time to visit. It was awesome though.

Must come and see. Will be back in winter to see the Eagles feeding off salmon. Nice walk. Peaceful. Beautiful benches and views. Learn about eagles.

We always stop here on the way up or down from Whistler when we have guests. If you time it right (especially in the fall) you are treated to the sight of dozens of eagles- perched, eating, diving.
