Vague childhood memories brought me back to this park today, and I'll be back again soon. Many steep hills to climb and steep staiways, too, so not necessarily for the weak of heart or out of shape people, but great exercise, lots of gorgeous trails...More

Went for a hike during a visit back home to Nova Scotia. The main waterfall train was closed during the visit so had to use a different trail.

The Victoria Park is a lovely place to walk. It is so pretty and a great way to enjoy the area. We were very impressed with the beauty and there were a lot of people there as well.

We hiked to the falls. Beautiful view. The trail was pretty easy and well marked. Had several opportunities for good photo-ops. We climbed Jacob's Ladder (300+ steps) and were rewarded with breathtaking views.

We had a great walk here. The park is big(!) and well maintained. There a couple waterfalls to walk to as well as other trails where you can just bask in the quiet of nature. It really is a wonderful place.

Really nice park in the center of town, you feel like you're out in the forest except for the occasional siren or traffic noise. Well maintained, natural trails!

So worth the walk through. Beautiful & areas that can be challenging. You can stroll or hike. Was a wonderful morning hike for us. Do Jacobs's ladder!

This park in central Truro is beautiful. Many miles of walking trails on flat areas or hills or stairs. Excellent exercise area with beautiful viewing areas.

The main trail into the park is very popular. On it, you will pass Jacobs ladder (180+ wood plank stairs), after the ladder you can cross a bridge over a small river (you’ll see a gazebo with benches inside). Or continue on... More

You can walk to the waterfall and back to the parking lot with a stroller, but to make a circuit you have to do stairs.
