I've been on several tours in the Bow Valley area and this is by far the best tour I've been to, hands down. Our tour guide, Max, was super friendly, knowledgeable, a great communicator with each member of our diverse group, and seemed genuinely interested in what he does. We started the Adventure tour by meeting at the tour office... More

I made a reservation through the University of Calgary Outdoor Centre for students and I was the only one who signed up. My tour guide was Max and I learned a lot about caves are formed, cave safety, as well as the cave's history with the first nations. Since this was a personal tour, I made sure that Max pushed... You must try this while visiting Canmore. Max was a fantastic tour guide and made me feel very confident in my abilities. The experience begins at the office where you gather your gear and are offered a snack to take which I thought was a really nice touch. You then head to the trail head. This was the hardest part... Thanks for your review! We love the 'you can do it' attitude! You've given fellow travellers a nice overview of what to expect. Fun is certainly one of our top 2 priorities. It seems pretty normal for a little panic to set in; it's amazing to hear you went right past it and enjoyed your tour! More

If you're looking to get out and have a great adventure you should book with these guys. Had a ton of fun, guide (Ryan) was great, the group we went with were awesome. Tight squeezes, lots of fun. I would do it again in a heart beat!!!!! Not my first cave and it won't be my last

So, I thought I'd be repelled into a dark blown out cavernous cave and walk around a bit pointing out things and crawling through some spaces for a photo op. Not at all. This is very physically demanding, crawling, climbing ans squeezing your way to get through from one small dusty space to another small dusty space. Don't get me... More

This experience was one of a kind. It was so unique to explore below the surface in a cave. The trek up the mountain to enter the cave was great and the whole cave experience was top notch. It was creepy, exciting and a great time. The rappelling, crawling and sitting in absolute darkness are definitely not going to be... More

My fiancé and I signed up for the tour because he had always wanted to experience caving. We had no idea how challenging and interesting it was really going to be. We were able to see the grotto and rappel for the first time. We had a blast but I do not recommend for people who do not like very... More

We did the cave tour on a very chilly January day. It was amazing!! Max & Claire were great guides - informative & fun!! Perfect adventure & challenge for the whole group. And Lenora was very helpful with providing information ahead of time for our group!

Hi R D - Chilly days in the cave are the best! The cave stays a constant 5° C year round so it's a great place to warm up in the winter and cool down in the summer. We appreciate hearing that your family enjoyed themselves. We will be sure Max, Claire and Lenora see your kind comments. More

We had a great time with out guide Max on the Adventure Tour. Max was very professional, knowledgeable and a great guide for our first caving experience. Recommend it highly. Was a great addition to our ski vacation and gave us a chance to see the mountains from the inside.
