My husband and I went on the two hour powder run yesterday and it was great! The dogs were amazing along with the scenery and service. Staff were thorough in teaching how to manage a dogsled and our instructor, Jules, provided on the trail guidance and information - even some warmer gloves! Do dress warm and come prepared to have... We initialy booked the 4 hour sunfeather winterlude selfdrive. We were the only ones for the 4 hour tour, so it was not possible to do the selfdrive. We shared 'our' sledge with a guide on a private tour with only us two and the guide. Because the selfdrive was cancelled we also got a big refund. So that was... More

Awesome trip on the sled with my son. Highlight of the trip for us. It was cold but worth it. Very professional and very well run.

We had chose to do this as an adventure during our honeymoon in Banff. There was transportation and it was awesome. Once getting to Canmore the guides went over saftey and how to drive the sled. My husband and I got our own sled and he drove it! It was such an amazing experience and the dogs are true athletes.... More

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience! We are so pleased to read how much you enjoyed your tour, driving your own sled and of course our dogs...especially Moonracer! Moonracer does retire after this winter season...perhaps she can be your official couch warmer! :) We hope to see you again in the future! Happy Trails! More

My family of 5 loved this. Had so much fun riding the trails, driving ourselves and getting to know our dogs. Ethan the leader/owner was excellent looking after my youngest and the group, whilst sharing his knowledge of his dogs and operation. Thoroughly recommend.

Definitely the best winter activity I've ever done! My family went on the gold package (2 people per sled, self driven) and we had an absolute blast! We had people from ages 25 to 63 driving the sleds and everyone was capable of it. There is definitely some physical activity (running) involved to help out. It's actually really neat that... More

We were not given proper directions to the pick up point and no one tried to call our mobile phone. We arrived at the building specified when we booked the tour 20 minutes early and tried calling several times closer to the pick up time, although the phone was not being manned. We eventually got through to the company after... More

Dress warm - very very warm if you are going on a freezing day as we were- minus 25 or so. You will be huddled under a blanket but you will get cold feet. You are sitting on the ground with not much between you and the snow. You will be able to drive the sled, help drive, or just be... More
