We stayed in North Vancouver this visit and relied on the Seabus to get us to and from North Vancouver - it did not let us down. On time, frequent, and ran in the evening. I would recommend getting a transit card.

This service is right under the hotel we stayed. It is cheap and convenient. The view is great. You can take it multiple times without extra charge within 1.5 hours, which we couldn't because we spent too much time in Gastown.

This is the easiest way of taking transit to & from work on the North Shore. Minimal waits as they travel every 15 mins. at a reasonalble cost. Better than taking a car & the pick up locations at the North Van. Quay & Waterfront...More

Because we are staying in North Vancouver, we have used the sea bus a couple of times a day over several days and we have always found it on time, clean and quick and also cheap. The passenger entry exit strategies are first rate.

This seabus ferry only needs about 13 minutes from Downtown Vancouver (Waterfront) to cross the harbour to North Vancouver (Londsdale Quay), you can hop on a Seabus every 15 minutes and its comfortable with great views.

Question is unclear but I think it's about 3 blocks from the docks. Clearly visible on the Seabus if you are looking to take pictures.
