One of the best things to do in Vancouver. About 1 hour from the city by bus. The walk through the woods is just breathe taking and suitable for anyone. The river is just so clear and beautiful. If it is a nice day bring a picnic. Some people even sunbathe there. No entrance fees and you enjoy beautiful scenery.

The bridge is right there, easy access. Then after crossing there are lots of trails to explore. We found parking at the regular parking lot but otherwise you have to park pretty far down and walk back up.

It is shorter and not as high from the canyon base as the Capilano, it is less crowded, and it's FREE. If afraid of heights, it's still just as freaky. But lovely views and a nice, easy hike to it.

You've come this far, this isn't the time for weakness, look down. WIth the rushing waters below and others swinging the suspended bridge to their own movements, you'd be foolish to deprive yourself of the whole experience by failing to capture the view underneath. Finally, across the bridge are many trails to satisfy the hiker/explorer in you.

Serene, beautiful, and free! The bridge itself can be crowded, particularly when people stop to take pictures" but we also took pictures and that's part of the visit. The view from the bridge is fantastic, and once you get onto the trails, you can get "lost." The trails are easy to hike, with plenty of wooden walkways. The whole was... More

This is an easily accessible attraction (reachable by public buses) and just a few minutes' walk from the carpark. Best of all, it's free! Easy to cross, and great view of the river and canyon.
