Visited here en route to another venue and was not disappointed. Although there is not a lot here - a tea room (opens mid day) and some very pretty gardens, they are worth a look. The house (where the tea room is) -you can go...More

We took our grandson there one morning thinking that there would be some animals for him to see. There was absolutely nothing - perhaps it was not the right time of year.

I discovered this historic site while walking in Steveston Village. Lovely location with a heritage farmhouse, gardens, and historic farm equipment. The farmhouse offers a set tea service.

Well done display of life for the upper middle class in the early 1900's. Period furniture and clothes, some actually belonging to the orignal family make for a very engaging experience. Informative display cards give the visitor some real insite into life in this period.
