Gal oya is located in Ampara district. boat safari will be the ideal to witness the animals (elephants, birds, crocodiles etc.....)

The park is still very unspoiled, which makes it not easier to spot wildlife. The animals are more shy then f.e. in Yala but also have less tourists. We enjoyed the boat safari the most.
