Worth visiting this reserve/outlook if you are visiting Auckland especially Devonport. If the weather is good you get good view of Auckland City and surrounding neighborhoods. TIP- Grab yourself a good coffee from Chiasso Coffee Company in 20 Wynyard Street and sandwich /pastry from Stone...More

It is a little bit of a precarious walk as the road is used by cars and bikes as well as pedestrians. There is no sidewalk. But the views from the top are stunning, so it is worth the effort to get there.

About 10 minutes walk from the ferry terminal, another 10 to 15 minutes slow walk up to the top. Amazing panorama, and it was fun trying not to get blown about by the strong winds. Definitely worth a visit!

The hike offers great views of the city from the waterfront perspective. Great for those iconic photos of its skyline.

What a superb view of Auckland! Loved the little walk up and the view from the top. 360 views with ample space and very little tourists. I'd go back here!

Such fun with children exploring the caves with torches!! Stunning views to other Islands & back to the beautiful Auckland city that look as though it floats on the water.
