We had varied degrees of mobility with our group and this was the perfect spot. Loved it. Sorry the historic house was closed for the season but would like to come back. Great for all ages, 2 & 4 legged walkers.

We walked around Tallac Historical site today... season ended on September 16 so everything was closed, however; it wasn’t crowded and just walking around the grounds and looking at the cottages and the houses was lovely. I’m not sure we would’ve enjoyed it as much...More

Yes dogs are allowed on a leash and they ask that you bring bags for clean up.

There are dirt paths that I believe can be accessed with wheelchair but the historical buildings may not have ramps. Beautiful area to just go through and be in beautiful South Lake Tahoe

Most of it is. Parking is nearby and paths are paved and level.
