This park can make you feel like you are away from the city. Went for an easy and relaxing hike on paved and unpaved trails. It wasn't very busy so it felt like I had the park to myself on some occasions. Interesting rock formations are nearby and I guess rock climbers use them on occasion as well. There is a waterfall, but it is manmade so that took some of the luster away from it. Plenty of places to sit and enjoy the environment.

Absolutely wonderful park. Well kept up. Plenty of grass and trees. Great hiking trails and the waterfall is very pretty. Restrooms clean. Great place to spend part or all of the day.

Turtles entertaining. Clean, lovely area to walk around. Overlooks and benches are inviting. Not overcrowded.

Very well kept, but the waterfall is not a natural feature. Would be great for small kids and picnics but not much of a true nature experience. The river across the street was more enticing.

An amazing place to get the perfect photo. Since I moved out to Spokane valley this location has been my stop. Love the man made waterfall. My dog has been coming with me here since I got him as a puppy so I take him every year for a new picture. Love the falls and the surrounding areas. Quiet little place out in nature. Just a short walk from the falls to the Spokane River.

Great place to take an easy stroll.
Pets allowed on a leash only. Not a dog park.
Great to get the blood flowing in older folks as the walk is easy.
Quit scenic.
Fairly short.

I totally agree with all the 5 star rating as far as beautiful. I used to live near by and this park was our favorite spot to go on biking, walking following the river however, I’m more careful these days on the trails not stepping onto dog wastes instead of enjoy the outdoor environment. There are more than couple places that you can get dog waste bags on the trail. Irresponsible pet owners, please look after your pets so others can enjoy themselves as well.

This park is amazing, with a wonderful playground and spray park for young children. There is also a lovely pond and waterfall with ducks and turtles and many hiking trails as well as connecting to the centennial trail.

The waterfall here is beautiful, and there are usually ducks swimming in the pond. There is a covered seating area close by, and nice walking trails surround the area. There is an excellent playground for children about 300 yards to the south.

Hi I was wondering if it's possible to have a small memorial service close to the falls. Be less than 20 people and between 10-12 on a weekday. Is this possible. Imnot sure who to contact.
Thankyou

There is an office at the park. I think it is called Center Place. It is staffed by parks and rec for Spokane Valley and if they cannot set it up they would likely know how you can set it up.
