    Well worth a visit
As a disabled visitor I was annoyed that there were no paper maps readily available, they do have them, but where they hide them heaven alone knows! And the external signage is atrocious. I was very unsure where I was supposed to go, and which doors were for entry, we found a lot of locked doors, which if the buildings we were supposed to be in had been better signed we wouldn't have been trying every door we came across! My husband thoroughly enjoyed the Turing exhibition, and all in all we both had a lovely day out, there is a lot of information, and the rooms and huts are laid out as they would have been so you can get a real feel for what it would have been like working there during the war.

Bletchley Park well worth a visit
Amazing day. Needed longer there so will return. Only negative was the price of food. I bought 2 ice cream cones from the hut and they were £8. I think £4 each is expensive. A hotdogs is £8. Definitely expensive if feeding children so would recommend taking a picnic. The afternoon cream tea is absolutely lovely, but cost is nearly £30 per head. A slice of cake in the cafe ares was £3.50. It can be costly so be prepared . Apart from that, it is a fantastic place and would recommend the free tour they offer

Excellent day out and so interesting.
On arrival, book the first available guided tour (about an hour). Ours was excellent with such good explanations of the complex stuff that went on here in WW2. We spent another few hours after the tour looking round independently. It is well staffed by helpful volunteers. The park and house are beautiful and the food at the café was good.
Thank you for the lovely feedback Singletrveller59. It's always great to receive such positive comments about our volunteers as they work hard every day, to make sure visitors enjoy their time with us. We look forward to welcoming you back again!

    Great history
Just come back from a great afternoon at Bletchley Park. What a great place to visit! Really educational. Well displayed. Loads of information to take in. Plenty of staff/ volunteers to answer questions. Not really of interest for young children. The main mansion house is beautiful, as are the magnificent grounds. Well worth the entrance fee. Plenty of free parking. Café available for food, but not cheap. We had fish and chips which was very good. Toilets clean. Wonderful afternoon made even better by a Lancaster bomber fly past. Definitely recommend.
Thank you for your recent visit across the Bank Holiday weekend. We really appreciate you taking the time to leave feedback about your experience. The Battle of Britain Memorial fly pasts are a real thrill to watch from Bletchley Park. We are fortunate to have several more booked in for this year, as well as our annual 1940s Weekend on 23 & 23 September. If you've not attended one of these events, please consider coming along and use your annual pass! The entire park really comes to life and visitors can really get caught up in the fun! Thank you again for the lovely feedback. We hope to see you again soon!

Bletchley Park an experience not to be missed
What an excellent opportunity to learn about a project that in the opinion of Sir Max Hastings shortened the Second World War by two years. A free guided tour was excellent and delivered by a guide who was both engaging and knowledgeable. A fantastic day and would thoroughly recommend a visit. Don't expect explosions, re-enctors or flashy stuff but get involved in the detail of code breaking and the amazing human stories of the people who worked there. Who would have thought the WRNS operating the Bombe would complain about the smell of hot engine oil, noise amd the heat! Computers have come a long way since then!
Thank you for your review jeremypmorrison94! I love the detail that you shared, as it demonstrates how our exhibitions bring the codebreakers stories to life. It's really nice to know when we have been able to connect with visitors on such a great level! I will be sharing your feedback with our team. Thank you again!

Excellent day out very interesting with great volunteer staff
What a great day out this place was! Lots of facts that will blow your mind from back in the war time. Our volunteer guide was excellent and brought the old place to life. The return t was reasonably priced and there are plenty of places to stop and take in the facts. We all really enjoyed our visit and I highly recommend a trip to Bletchley park
Thank you for the fantastic review, cctvstar! We are so pleased that you had a great day out! Our guided tours are a favourite with visitors. On 23 and 24 September, we will be holding our annual 1940s Weekend and I hope that you will consider using your return tickets to come back and celebrate with us.

    A great day out
Had a great day here, spent almost 6 hours there. Left in awe of the work done by these gifted people. The guided tour is a must and our guide was excellent. The food and drink is rather pricey but you are supporting Bletchleys continued work and survival.
Hi Stuartg10, We are so glad to hear that you had a great day and that you really enjoyed the guided tour. Our guides are all volunteers and they have so much passion for Bletchley Park and its story. We love that they can share that with our visitors, We really appreciate your supportive comment about our food and drink. It is very helpful to have our visitors recognise the fact that our food and drink, as well as the items sold in our shop, are used to support the museum. Thank you so much! We hope to welcome you back soon!

    Wonderful day out
Had a wonderful day learning all about the amazing people that worked so hard to make a huge difference to help shorten the 2nd World War. The tour through its media handset is very well done. I like that you are free once entered to explore in whatever order you wish and as much as it was a busy day, never felt crowded or to had to wait for others to move on. You chose the area you are viewing on the media unit and can find out so much information. The grounds are stunning and thankfully we had a beautifully sunny & warm day so enjoyed sitting out on the many benchs/deck chairs and grassed areas whilst listening and watching some of the videos. The cafes are reasonably priced and serve a good selection (not just basics) of options to eat. We would high recommend a day trip to see this amazing place.
Dear Mary W, Thank you for taking the time to leave such a lovely review! We are so pleased that you enjoyed your day with us. the Park is so relaxing in the sunshine. It's really good to know that you found our multi-media guide so helpful and easy to use. It really does give you the freedom to explore at your own pace. I will be sure to share your kind comments with our catering team as well. Our staff and volunteers work hard to ensure everyone has a wonderful day out and your recommendation to others is greatly valued by all of us. We hope to welcome you back to Bletchley Park very soon!

    So much more than expected!
I thought we would go round Bletchley Park in a couple of hours, but ended up leaving after five and a half hours thinking we could have stayed longer. I would highly recommend the guided tour or multimedia self guided tour (which we took) which brings the place to life. The staff were friendly and helpful, and happy to explain. This place really blows your mind when you realise what went on here. If you have any interest in World War 2, mathematics or computers, you need to allow extra time to visit. Admission is on the expensive side, but good value if you spend the time to appreciate what's on offer. The coffee shop / restaurant was reasonably priced and good quality. Overall a fantastic day out, and so much more than I expected. Highly recommended.

Brilliant day out - brings history to life
Fantastic day out - spent the whole day here and couldn't believe how long you could spend in a room without realising it. Really interesting - we followed the 'If you've got a whole day' route but would recommend starting in the Teleprinter Room and watching the film which gives a great background insight into everything else you will see. We didn't do this first as it's towards the end of the suggested route but would have done so if we'd realised what the film was about. Definitely would do this if visiting with children as it will make it come to life more. Only downside is the price of food. Would recommend taking a packed lunch - there are loads of places to picnic and it's a beautiful setting. We were even treated to a Spitfire flypast!

Visited this week.
Fantastic and Very Educational Visit.
Without this establishment the outcome of WW2 would have been very different.
All staff friendly and helpful.
Particular mention must be made of Oscar at the Gatehouse who went above and beyond.
An Absolute Must to visit.

I had a great afternoon at Bletchley Park. There is so much to see and learn and I need to go back and visit the areas that I hadn’t allowed time for. Purchased tickets which allow entry for a year - so looking forward to going again soon. The staff and volunteers are all friendly, engaging, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. They’re a credit to Bletchley Park! Impressed with the whole experience 😊

My list for years and it didn’t disappoint. Excellent day. Only think I would try and change if recommending would be to get there early to do one of the first tours so you get the context early on as you walk round the exhibits. Mike the tour guide was superb. Really knew his topic. Shared stories with passion and engaged the audience.
Excellent day

I was apprehensive at first and didn't know what to expect.
Initially the small brick huts took me by surprise, as - before you go - you only really see pictures of the beautiful Victorian mansion. But, on reflection, all the old war-time buildings give the site the authentic atmosphere that is ideal and brings the war-time situation to lfe,
A fascinating day out and brings these heroic people into the limelight where they hold a unique place in our history.

It was a good day out and well worth the trip. Once you get into the center it is well signed. We used the instructions from the website combined with the satnav postcode provided and found it very easy to find.

We took one of the free guided tours and were really happy and found it very informative.

There is a cafe, snack hut and a main cafe / restaurant. The food is of a good standard and a reasonable price for what you get. We had the fish and chips and the sausage and mash. Lovely !

We had to miss quite a lot out as we were running out of time. Our ticket is an annual pass so we will definitely be back

Don't underestimate how much time you need to see everything as we did.
The website states approx 4 hours but we struggled. Wear comfortable shoes, there is quite a lot of walking.
Watch for the weather also. There is a lot outside walking between the huts.

From what I saw, disability facilities seemed quite good.

Can't wait to go back and see the bits we missed.

What a wonderful experience not to be missed ! A truly fascinating place to explore with well trained friendly staff in attendance that really bring this place alive. Our visit was inspired by the well laid out exhibitions and film footage, the interactive displays enthralled both young and old. Also the grounds are very well laid out and a good tearoom.

We went to Bletchley Park and were blown away. We knew of the part that it played in shortening WWII but didn't realise the sheer size of the operation. The amount of information that they have both from historical records and those that were actually there is staggering. There is a free audio tour that takes you round the site ( this could have been slightly better signposted) and there are free tours with knowledgeable volunteers. we expected to be there a couple of hours but ended up spending nearly 5 hours there. Well worth a visit if you have an interest in WWII.

An excellent day out. Lots to look at and learn about, from a tour of the site to the huts where the code breakers worked. Hard to believe it was kept secret for so long

Decided to visit today and wasn’t disappointed . We booked a time slot to make it easier to get in and found no queues and very easy to access the entrance .

We stopped for a coffee in the cafeteria before we went exploring , having got there at 11 we didn’t end up leaving until just before closing at 5.

The only problem is that we need to go back as there is just so much to see and take in from the great work that was done by all on site in the Ww2 .

It was particularly interesting to see so many youngsters there viewing the exhibits and reading the exploits of the code breakers during the war.

Will be back later in the year to finish off the museum and see the computer museum next door , extra fee required for that one .
