    Great morning
Well worth a visit for a morning or afternoon. You got to learn how they make handmade paper and have a go yourself. There’s also a DIY area where you can make gifts out of elephant poo paper. My daughter made a little notebook. Very reasonably priced. My daughter (7) loved it.

    Something unique
This is a very nicely designed venue and the tour was quite good. The experience is a very polished "touristy" one, but we enjoyed it. It's difficult for me to criticize any efforts to recycle waste. There was a very good gift shop, although prices are very high for the area.

    Your kids will love it
This was one of my children’s favorite attractions in Chiang Mai. The entire place is dedicated to teaching you about the process of turning elephant waste into viable products, particularly paper products. There are many souvenir items you can get that your loved ones will find unique. My children amazingly listened to the tour guide explaining the process of converting feces into products. They enjoyed the hands-on experience immensely and particularly enjoyed making their own keepsakes (extra fee required). If you have children and are visiting Chiang Mai, don’t miss Elephant Poopoo Park.

    Fun and interesting visit!
We had quick stop to the park on the way back from our morning with the elephants. We were guided around the park by a very knowledgeable guide and learning about how the paper is made. We had a go ourselves and made some paper. There were plenty of great activities for children which looking fun. We visit the very reasonably priced shop on the way out and had fun picking some souvenirs for friends and family. A great place to visit and a good laugh.

Interesting, fun, educational & environmentally friendly.
We stopped in here and it was a delightful visit. It was only 150bht per person to do the tour but you were free to wander and check out the gift shop & cafe if you preferred. We did the tour with Peter and it was great. It was fun and informative. We made a sheet of paper and learn’t how to peel it successfully from the drying rack as well. There is a DIY area where you can decorate your chosen item/s yourself and an art studio. Good clean bathrooms. Overall we were really impressed. Kids would love all the poo references and being involved. It’s a well run environmentally friendly business.

Super interesting place, hands on for kids and a great ethical alternative to elephant tours. You can do as many extra or as little activities you like. The cafe is ok but could do with more vego options. But the staff and the tour of the poo to paper process is fascinating.

A wonderfully fun and unique experience to see how a sustainable craft is made. We got to see and participate in the process at different stages and then make our own personalized elephant poo paper books, decorations, and more.

My husband and I visited Poopoopaper Park in February of 2023. We had a blast learning about how they turn Elephant poo into beautiful paper products. We participated in each step of the process and had fun doing it! We took home gift cards, journals, paper fans and notepaper, all made from elephant poo! Kids would LOVE this place!

Great experience and my 4yo, 7yo and nearly 9yo really enjoyed it and getting hands on. Our guide around was funny and really great with the kids whilst explaining all the stages of their paper making. The crafting after is fun and great to contribute to a good cause, there’s no pushy sales and the cafe is really reasonable with a small play area next to it also.
