First visit in a while - the improved beer garden is great as it has more shade. The beers remain tasty. Alas, the condition of the toilets was a disgrace - clearly not cleaned in a long time (see photos) which gives me concern to the overall hygiene standards of the venue.

We completed our own brewery walk and this brewery was the last one. My husband liked the West Coast Hazy IPA and I had the apple cider. Both enjoyable. They have a nice area in the back for enjoying the beer with heat lamps.

Sitting amongst the tanks, with a good sound track in the background and the food van dolling out a great selection, we spent a delightful afternoon sharing 2 paddles of top quality craft beer. Ever reliable, Sauce Brewing was a great spot to spend Anzac afternoon. Great selection across the taps, and the 2 up game in courtyard was fun for all.

Really like the beer and food at Sauce - tragically they are intolerant of our four legged canine pals. Our miniature poodle was apprehended and severely scolded by the uber fuhrer bar tender for wandering behind the bar, much to the disappointment of the kids who were playing with her. Sauce need to take lessons from the folks up the road at Willie the Boatman who greet our poodle pal with open arms. Ditto the lovely dog friendly staff at the Wayward.

Sauce is a hidden gem with a great courtyard situated in Marrickville. A number of good beers and great food available out of a food truck.
Sauce is great for families, friends and suitable for dogs, there is a number of tables both in and out.

Intimate micro-brewery, family and dog friendly.
Plenty of seating, with food options on the weekend.
Knowledgeable staff behind the bar, helpful for choosing the right beer to fit the mood!

This place was recommended by a mate who really enjoys craft beer. The venue is nice, with the bar (incl seating) in the heart of the brewery and decent sized beer garden out the back. They have a good selection of beers on tap. Tasting paddles are $14 for 4 samples - all were very tasty but their Hot Sauce Pale Ale was my favourite. 300ml glasses are around $6 upwards. Tasting notes provided.
