It is a remote place but fascinating. The artist uses old glass primarily wine bottles in order to create art. Although the production was closed we learned from the shop what variety of lamps, vases can be made. We bought a very nice blue vase.

Tons of unique pieces by a small family owned and operated glass blowing family. The only and last of its kind on the island of Crete. Worth the visit to see and buy some unique pieces!

I don't know exactly but I have been there five times at different hours and seasons and it was never closed. They definitely don't have Siesta as many non touristic stores do.
