The place is so good. All the sculptures is worth the visit once. But summer would get very hot as we will have to walk bare footed.

The temple is open on all days from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM. I went there around 4:30 PM

From Hassan visit Belur and Halebidu temples.On the way if time permits you can visit Gomateshwara . From Belur you can proceed to Chickamagalore.
